My Process
I make the process simple, guided and completely stress-free — so you always know what to expect.
Planning your ceremony shouldn’t feel overwhelming.
Most couples aren’t quite sure what to expect — so I guide you through every step, keep things organised,
and make the whole process feel easy.
-
Reach out however feels easiest- enquiry form, email, text or even a DM.
Let me know your date, location and a rough guest count, and we’ll start from there.
-
I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability, send through pricing and some more info. Please keep an eye on your junk mail as sometimes my emails get lost.
From there, we’ll lock in a relaxed, no-pressure phone call so you can ask anything and get a feel for how I work.
-
If it feels like the right fit, I’ll send through a simple agreement and request a 50% deposit to secure your date.
-
We’ll complete your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) - either in person or over Zoom.
I’ll guide you through everything so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming.
-
Around 4–5 months before your wedding, we’ll sit down together (often with a pinot in hand 🍷).
I’ll walk you through ceremony ideas, structure and help shape something that feels completely true to you both.
-
You’ll each receive a questionnaire to complete individually.
This gives me a real insight into your relationship so I can create something genuinely personal.
-
I’ll write your ceremony from scratch and send you a draft to review.
You can tweak and refine anything- the goal is that it feels 100% right.
-
In the week leading up to your wedding, we’ll have a final chat to run through everything.
You’ll go into the day feeling calm, prepared and confident.
-
I arrive an hour early, set everything up, coordinate with your suppliers and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Before we begin, I’ll check in with you both and calm any nerves.
-
Your guests will hear your story, share a few laughs, maybe a few tears, and most importantly, by the end of it… you’re married!!
-
I take care of all the legal paperwork, lodge your marriage with Births, Deaths & Marriages, and organise your official certificate to be express posted to your home address.
-
I’ll send through your lodgement details and info around name changes if this is something you’re wanting to do.
It’s always a little bittersweet - by this point I feel so invested in your story, but I love seeing what comes next for you both.
